The Steeleville C.U.S.D. # 138 has utilized the services of QNS for the past three years plus. I cannot say enough about the service we receive from Mel Workman and his staff. The turn around for correcting our problems is almost immediate. I cannot imagine trying to keep all of our computers working without QNS. They work well with our full-time tech coordinator to resolve any problems we experience with our technology.

I am pleased to offer this letter of support for QNS, Quality Network Solutions. They have been the saving grace of the technology in our school district.
In the past ten years that QNS has been our technical support system, we have grown from simply having two computers per classroom, along with two computer labs in the district, to having three to four computers per classroom, three computer labs, and other peripherals. Even though we've had our technological growth, QNS has made sure our technology issues have decreased. Before QNS, two tech people were trying to handle maintenance as well as all issues that popped up. We were constantly overwhelmed and in demand. Since QNS, we rarely have issues with our technology; they do a superb job keeping our hardware and software maintained and updated so that our district's technology runs almost flawlessly. Not only does QNS keep our computer systems well-maintained, they also take care of any issues that come up almost instantaneously. With the request system, any issues we have (AR, printer problems, etc.) are taken care of remotely within minutes while any issues that need onsite attention are dealt with the same day a request is put in.
Every one of the QNS technicians who have helped in our district have been nothing but professional and more than capable of handling anything we've thrown at them with our technology. I would highly recommend QNS to any school district.
