Understanding the dependence on technology for educators, QNS focuses on same-day resolution for any service request-big or small. Even during a major hardware installation/update, we deploy resources to get the job completed on time. At times, due to our standardization of systems, QNS can quickly and effectively resolve an issue remotely; if however, the situation warrants, a Network Administrator is dispatched to solve the issue. As of Summer of 2018, QNS's same-day resolution percentage is over 85.36%. Our Network Administrators as well as Desktop Technicians develop strong relationships with their schools and clearly understand the sense of urgency when a challenge arises.
