K-12 Technology Core Services
Our staff of professionals provides onsite support on a scheduled basis as well as on an as needed basis. We solve most day to day software problems remotely and resolve hardware issues during our onsite time.
When a mission critical need arises, the problem receives immediate attention, and a technician is dispatched onsite if needed. While onsite our staff focuses on solving problems quickly with little disruption to your staff. In addition, QNS provides the onsite service at no additional cost to our customers.
We plan and manage replacement and upgrade projects. Our team of project managers and installers work hand in hand to deliver on time and on budget.
MAINTAINING & SERVICING
We attack as many needs as possible via remote access. This allows us to provide near “real time” support and resolution of most issues.
CONSULTING & PLANNING
We first discuss with you your end-goal and technology needs. Based on mutual agreement, the process and partnership moves forward.
We travel to your site to address issues that can not be resolved remotely. This service is provided at no additional cost.
