NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR - ILLINOIS
JOB OVERVIEW:
The successful candidate will assist our lead Network Administrators in their efforts to maintain and support our customer’s servers, desktops, laptops, tablets, 1:1 devices, network infrastructure, printers, and firewalls. The successful candidate will also provide software and end user support both onsite and remotely. This position requires someone who is highly motivated, a self starter and a very good communicator. Local travel to customer sites required.
QUALIFICATIONS

Experience managing Active Directory including user accounts and group policies.

Associates degree or equivalent experience required.

Solid working knowledge of Windows operating systems (Win7, Win10).
-
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-
Customer service experience is a plus.
-
A+ or MCP certification is a plus.
-
Good communication skills.
-
Must be an Illinois resident with a clean driving record.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain networked computers (primarily Windows 7 and Windows 10). This includes new installs, upgrades, and imaging.

Assist with server administration (Windows 2012 R2, 2016) including Active Directory, group policies, backups, user management, scripting, and software deployment)
-
Provide help desk support onsite and remote.

Other duties as assigned.
